Advanced Imperial Concrete, concreteimperial.com, office@concreteimperial.com

Who we are and what this policy covers

Advanced Imperial Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Imperial, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, what we do with it, and what choices you have.

It covers every page of this site, starting with our home page. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill out our estimate or contact form, that's usually your name, phone number, email address, the property address for the job, and a description of the work, such as a driveway, patio or slab repair. If you call us at (760) 483-7530 or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can follow up.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service. What you type goes through that service to reach us, and the service handles it under its own privacy terms.

Our website also collects some information automatically, the way most websites do. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you visited, how long you stayed, the site that sent you here, and a general location based on your internet address. We use this to see how people find us and which pages help them.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit. We use them, along with analytics tools, to count visits and learn which pages people use. We don't use them to build a profile of you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some counts we rely on won't include your visit.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your questions, schedule a visit, prepare your estimate, do the work and handle billing. We may also call or email you about a job you asked about.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't trade it to marketers. We share it only when the work needs it, such as with a form or email service that helps us run the business, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and keep the business records the law expects. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Website analytics are kept in summary form and aren't tied to your name.

How we protect it

We limit who on our team can see your information to the people who need it for your job. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. California residents may have more rights under state privacy law, and we'll honor any request the law gives you.

We'll confirm who you are before we act on a request, so nobody else can see or change your information. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.

How to raise a privacy concern
